    Last weekend, I had the pleasure of seeing the movie, Harriett. Great movie, if you have not already seen it, I suggest you go see it. As I was leaving out of the theater, I was in such deep thought. I was greatly compelled to take notes from the movie and apply it to my life.     Every weekday morning I get on a prayer call with some friends. Each person that calls in prays. The other day right before prayer I read the scripture (Zechariah 4:6) from a devotion I receive every morning. When I got on the call as the first person starts she reads the exact scripture (Zechariah 4:6). After prayer, I went back to read the complete devotion, which talked about God breathing in our direction and working things out on our behalf.     They say anything worth having is worth working for, however, when you’re going through it, you’re like, “yeah, yeah, whatever” *insert eye roll* lol. In school, I always had to work hard.     When I initially started this blog, I wasn’t totally sure what it would come to be. I just knew God had placed this idea in my heart and I needed to move with it. I remember coming up with the name, Breaking Barriers and I went to get the domain and of course it was already taken.
