    No More fear

I’m always thinking of new subjects to discuss in my blogs; about a week ago I said I wanted to do a blog on fear. I have been struggling with fear, being fearful about different things I’m facing in my life, so I decided to write about it in my next blog. This blog, of course, is not just about me encouraging others, but also myself. I have procrastinated with writing this particular blog post at least a couple weeks. Create Your Own Happiness

What makes you happy? Is it hanging out with friends? Going to the movies? Trying a new restaurant? How do you create your own happiness? One thing that I’ve learned is that no one else can do for you what you can do for yourself. I had a conversation with a friend about my feelings, he reminded me that breaking barriers is not an arrival, but a continued journey and that I was speaking life (positivity). You won’t always get it right, you won’t always rise to the occasion, but you will continue to move forward…

    Patience my Friend…

One of my favorite stories of the Bible is the story of Hannah. Why is it my favorite story? Well, let me ask you a question, have you ever had to be patient and wait on something you felt you deserved. Wait could mean, 1 month, 2 minutes lol, or even years. This is why I love the story of Hannah; it’s a story of being patient, waiting and trusting God, and then honoring God with the gift. Hannah was a great woman of God; she desired to have a child but was unable. She prayed, praised God, and prayed some more. She promised God that when he blessed her…
