    Grief is Real!

Loosing a love one is hard. I don’t think I ever realized how hard it was until it happened to someone close to me. Last year was a year, not just because of the pandemic but because of life. The year seemed to be off to a good start, and then it wasn’t. February 2020 I learned of my aunt’s passing. Be Open!

The word “open” keeps coming up for me. I believe in this season God wants me to be open. I’m not sure if I’ve talked about this or not, but I’m in a book club. What’s your story? As I was driving to work the other day, I found myself watching as the people rode pass me, I wonder where they are going? Where do they work? Do they love their job? I love to sit and listen…

    Say Yes!

I often talk about how much I love my friends. I have some of the best conversations with them and the other day was no different. My friend was sharing about how grateful she was to God for all of His blessings for her and then she posed a question, “I don’t know why He keeps blessing me like He does, but I’m thankful that he does.” My response to her was, “that’s what happens when you say yes.” In that moment two things happened, 1) she realized why the blessings were coming her way and 2) I was convicted because I knew I needed to say yes completely. Are…
